Delaware County Regional Wastewater District has adopted a new Lien Ordinance to help ensure the continued operation and maintenance of the wastewater system that serves our community.

With all the recent changes in weather, the Delaware County Regional Wastewater District  staff continues to do its best to respond promptly to emergency calls and locate requests for both the District and our customers. Our team remains committed to maintaining reliable service and addressing issues as quickly and safely as possible. The Delaware County Regional Wastewater District office will be closed on Monday, February 16th, in observance of Presidents Day. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, February 17th. 

We will be closed on Monday, January 26, along with the Delaware County building due to winter weather. At the January 7, 2026 meeting of the Delaware County Regional Waste District (DCRWD), the Board welcomed a new member and confirmed leadership appointments for the coming year. We are pleased to welcome Jason Brooks as a new board member.

Due to end of year operations being performed by other county offices, there will be a slight delay in the processing of ACH payments for the due date of January 5th, 2025.
