Rising Waters - Lift Station Failure in Daleville

Due to the significant rainfall and rising water levels in the White River, the Delaware County Regional Wastewater District is experiencing a complete lift station failure affecting S. River Road, W. Heather Drive and W. Katriene Drive in Daleville.

The lift station will remain out of service for the foreseeable future until water levels decrease enough for our crews to safely access the station and make repairs.

Another weather system could move across the state tonight, potentially bringing up to 5 inches of additional rainfall to our area. This could result in additional sewer backups and other sewer-related issues.
