Update 12:30 PM January 5, 2026: Our office is back online and able to process customer payments and access customer history. The ACH (automatic payments) that were originally scheduled to be drafted today,1/5/2026 will be drafted tomorrow, 1/6/2026. No accounts will be considered “late” as a result of this technical delay. Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions, please contact our office at (765)284-6370.   Original 8:30 AM January 5, 2026: Due to end of year operations being performed by other county offices, there will be a slight delay in the processing of ACH payments for the due date of January 5th, 2025. Until the offices have completed their end of year process, our office will not have access to customer account history. Payments can still be accepted over the phone and on our website. Any payments made will not be reflected on the customer’s account until the end of year process is completed. An update will be posted when the status of this event has changed. As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and enhance system reliability, the Delaware County Regional Wastewater District’s online payment systems will undergo planned maintenance on Sunday, November 16, 2025 , from 12:01 AM to 12:30 PM ET . What to Expect During this time, several online services may be temporarily unavailable , including: Biller Portal Customer Portals Online Payments System Jobs A maintenance message will appear for anyone attempting to access these portals during the maintenance window. While the entire window may not be needed, this extended period allows time to complete all planned activities, perform necessary validations, and ensure all systems return to full operation smoothly. Why This Matters Regular system maintenance and testing are key to ensuring long-term reliability, performance, and security. These updates strengthen our ability to provide consistent, secure payment processing and dependable online access for our customers. The planned activities include testing and validating processes that help our systems seamlessly transition between regions—further enhancing stability and availability across all environments. Our Commitment Throughout the maintenance period, our technology partners at InvoiceCloud  will closely monitor all systems to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Critical operational processes—such as AutoPay, Batch Close, and Reconciliation—will be completed successfully before, during, and after maintenance to maintain data integrity and operational consistency. The Delaware County Regional Wastewater District is pleased to announce that the Cammack Inlining Project is now complete! This project focused on rehabilitating and improving the sanitary sewer system in the Cammack area to enhance long-term reliability and performance. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all Cammack residents for their patience and cooperation throughout the construction process. Your understanding and support made it possible for our team and contractors to complete this important infrastructure improvement efficiently and safely. With the project now finalized, the community can expect a stronger system built to serve the area for years to come.
