Notice to Customers

Update 12:30 PM January 5, 2026: Our office is back online and able to process customer payments and access customer history. The ACH (automatic payments) that were originally scheduled to be drafted today,1/5/2026 will be drafted tomorrow, 1/6/2026. No accounts will be considered “late” as a result of this technical delay.

  Original 8:30 AM January 5, 2026: Due to end of year operations being performed by other county offices, there will be a slight delay in the processing of ACH payments for the due date of January 5th, 2025. Until the offices have completed their end of year process, our office will not have access to customer account history.

Payments can still be accepted over the phone and on our website. Any payments made will not be reflected on the customer’s account until the end of year process is completed.

An update will be posted when the status of this event has changed.
