As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and enhance system reliability, the Delaware County Regional Wastewater District’s online payment systems will undergo planned maintenance on Sunday, November 16, 2025, from 12:01 AM to 12:30 PM ET.


What to Expect

During this time, several online services may be temporarily unavailable, including:

  • Biller Portal

  • Customer Portals

  • Online Payments

  • System Jobs

A maintenance message will appear for anyone attempting to access these portals during the maintenance window. While the entire window may not be needed, this extended period allows time to complete all planned activities, perform necessary validations, and ensure all systems return to full operation smoothly.

Regular system maintenance and testing are key to ensuring long-term reliability, performance, and security. These updates strengthen our ability to provide consistent, secure payment processing and dependable online access for our customers.

The planned activities include testing and validating processes that help our systems seamlessly transition between regions—further enhancing stability and availability across all environments.

Throughout the maintenance period, our technology partners at InvoiceCloud will closely monitor all systems to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Critical operational processes—such as AutoPay, Batch Close, and Reconciliation—will be completed successfully before, during, and after maintenance to maintain data integrity and operational consistency.
