Your Delaware County Regional Wastewater District bill is due on the same date each month. The rate remains consistent unless we notify you of any changes. Area-Specific Due Dates: Daleville : Due on the 5th of the month Westbrook : Due on the 5th of the month Royerton : Due on the 15th of the month DeSoto : Due on the 15th of the month Payment Options: Online : Secure and available 24/7, paying online is the quickest option and ensures immediate processing. In Person : Stop by our office during business hours for a convenient and timely payment. By Mail : You can mail your payment via USPS, but please ensure it arrives by the due date to avoid late fees. Payments received after the due date will incur a late fee. The Delaware County Regional Wastewater District (DCRWD) will be closed in observance of Christmas on Tuesday and Wednesday, December 24 and 25, 2024, and New Year's Day on Wednesday, January 1, 2025. Our Executive Director, Jason Richards, and the hardworking DCRWD field team, recently traveled to Indianapolis for a day of educational training. Alongside the Town of Yorktown’s Wastewater Plant team, DCRWD attended the one-day course focused on lift station alarm and monitoring equipment. This valuable training was provided by OmniSite , a proud Indiana-based company!

- Royerton Construction Update 12/16
The Delaware County Regional Wastewater District is excited to share the latest progress on the Royerton Sewer Improvements Project, which began on September 16, 2024. This critical initiative aims to enhance the community’s sewer infrastructure, providing increased reliability and capacity for years to come. Construction crews have been making steady advancements, and we’re pleased to report that Brackney, Inc. is nearing the completion of work at the site on SR 3, just north of the Dollar General in Royerton. Once this phase is finalized, the project will move into its next stages, focusing on lift station maintenance and rehabilitation in Country Village and an additional station east of SR 3 on Royerton Road. To stay informed about this ongoing project, residents are encouraged to follow updates on our Facebook page and attend our monthly Board meetings. These meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 3 PM, with an exception for the upcoming New Year’s holiday—our January Board Meeting will take place on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at 3 PM . Board meetings are an excellent opportunity to hear about project progress and ask questions directly. We sincerely appreciate the community’s patience and support as we work to improve Royerton’s infrastructure. Together, we’re building a stronger foundation for the future.
