We would like to inform our DCRWD community members that the payment portal for the Delaware County Regional Wastewater District will be temporarily unavailable on Sunday, July 7, 2024, due to essential system maintenance. This maintenance is scheduled to occur from 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM ET and may take up to three hours, although it could require less time. During this period, all payment channels will be impacted. Our payment service provider, InvoiceCloud, will be performing crucial updates to enhance internal web traffic routing. This maintenance is outside of our regularly scheduled updates but is necessary to ensure continued optimal performance and reliability. Community members attempting to access the InvoiceCloud system during this maintenance window may see a maintenance message. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Once the maintenance is complete, the system will be fully operational, and any pending processes will resume as normal. We recommend planning accordingly to avoid any disruptions to your service. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

At the May 1, 2024 Board Meeting of the Delaware County Regional Wastewater, the Board approved a short time extension for the Overlook Dr project. Due to significant rainfall and difficulties in procuring necessary materials from external contractors, SLB has encountered delays in the project timeline. Consequently, the contractual substantial completion date has been extended from May 2, 2024, to May 16, 2024, to accommodate these unforeseen challenges.
