Delaware County Regional Wastewater District is working on a sanitary sewer capacity expansion project to relieve high rainfall events and overall issues in the Royerton area. The project has been designed and is currently with IDEM, Indiana Department of Environmental Management, for permitting. The next phase of this project will be to receive the permits from IDEM and take the project to bid for construction.
Delaware County Commissioners have approved funds for this project through the American Rescue Plan.
